Return Policy

Our product exchange policy is designed to provide the customer with utmost assurance regarding the products purchased from our store. All of our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. We also exchange products that are different from those ordered by the customer. If you receive a product from us with a manufacturing defect or different from your order, please follow these steps for an exchange:

  1. Inform our team about the issue via email, sending clear photos of the defective product or the incorrect product you received, within 14 days of receipt. Please note, we will not facilitate exchanges or refunds after this period.
  2. Your complaint will be reviewed within a maximum of 2 business days and, once the issue is confirmed, we will contact you via email and you will have the following options:
    • Receive a refund of the amount paid.
    • Receive a new product identical to the one ordered.
    • Receive a product of similar value.
    • Receive a voucher with the product’s value for future purchases.

Please note: We do not exchange products that are unsuitable for the customer. We provide the measurements in centimeters of our products to prevent any mistakes when choosing the size.

According to the European Union Consumer Protection Code, consumers are entitled to a minimum 2-year guarantee on all goods and can cancel and return an order made online or outside of a shop within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Some exceptions apply (e.g., personalized products, hotel bookings). If the purchased goods turn out to be faulty or not as advertised, the merchant must repair, replace, offer a price reduction, or provide a full refund.
